Quantcast is hiring an Events and Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in our Toronto office. As the Events and Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing and managing owned, industry and field events end-to-end as well as field marketing programs. This person will support in-market customer engagement and events, execute both global and regional programs locally, and work closely with the regional sales teams to deliver effective campaigns.
We are looking for a proactive teammate that has creative flair, excellent attention to detail and experience partnering with sales and managing a range of live in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end event management of third-party industry events and activations including determining participation and level, logistic management, creative management, messaging, and success tracking - working with our design and communications teams.
- Conceive, plan and manage owned events, in collaboration with digital marketing, corporate marketing, product marketing and sales teams.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Communications and Content Marketing teams to write content for social media channels, landing pages, marketing collateral, and related mediums, to support event activation.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns, manage lead flow and report on success for driving attendance and participation at events.
- Identify, plan, and execute CAN field marketing programs in conjunction with regional sales teams to reach customers and prospects to support revenue goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 minimum years marketing experience crafting and executing top-notch events (physically, virtually, hybrid) and programs
- Digital marketing experience to create end to end campaigns from in person to online
- Experience planning and executing numerous industry and owned events for clients and prospects with stellar results
- Comfortable using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellence in partnering with sales teams to drive revenue
- Creativity to develop impactful and engaging campaigns
- Proactive mindset and tenacity to deliver on the plan
- Ability to see the big picture yet get stuck into the detail
