Swift Medical is seeking an Events Manager to join our super fast growing team!
The focus of this exciting new role will be to increase the awareness, engagement and acquisition of new leads, and support ongoing commercial and sales relationships across all business segments to advance our business as well as revenue goals. This will be accomplished across all event channels, online and offline (owned and in partnership).

How you will make an impact:
- Set the overall strategic plan for events as a commercial channel, to drive sales, marketing and revenue goals;
- Manage the event channel to deliver a strong ROI to prove events as a growth opportunity for Swift;
- Create and execute the event calendar across a large spectrum of objectives: sales relationships, thought leadership / speaking appearances, online new and existing customer webinars, field marketing, and company Keynotes;
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive revenue through supporting Sales event objectives, and work with the Marketing - Demand Generation team to build and execute event communication activity;
- Work with marketing operations and channel marketing team to leverage hybrid event, online broadcast platforms for customer growth.
What you bring to the table:
- 3-7 years experience in event management (online/offline, sales and marketing experience);
- Experience managing events across a broad spectrum of objectives beyond field marketing;
- Exceptional ability in program / project management (i.e. Asana / Confluence);
- Ability to quantify, predict, measure and report utilizing tools like Hubspot;
- Ability to hands-on manage technical event platforms like Hopin;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
