As the Employee Experience Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting all our internal employee experience events, with a major focus on enabling the Arc'Experience programming.

If you were in the Employee Experience Events Coordinator, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Managing all inbound employee enquires related to Arc'Experience
- Liaising with and providing direction to employees and key stakeholders on the Arc'Experience program and FAQs
- Managing participant communications
- Liaising with global guides on participant experience and communications
- Working in concert with guide companies to create best practices on employee experience
- Managing participant database and registration process
- Working with internal cross functional stakeholders where needed to ensure marketing needs are addressed and managed as well as boosting Arc'Experience marketing where needed
- Pre-booking guides and location facilities where needed
- Working in partnership with our Finance team to ensure timely payment for contractors, guides and vendors
- Evaluating events through guest feedback and implementing changes accordingly
- Ensuring events are inclusive, sustainable and economically impactful for our diverse business
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Building SOPs (standard operating procedures) for our regularly occurring employee experience events to enable efficiency in the planning and execution process
- Identifying opportunities to evolve our employee experience events and programming and providing feedback
- You have a post-secondary diploma or certification in Event Management, Communications, Project Management, or other relevant field
- You have 1+ year of experience in supporting event logistics and administration
- You LOVE dealing with people and your focus is always on creating solutions
- You live for awesome customer service and making people happy
- You are an organizational machine. You thrive in managing a lot of tasks at once and can prioritize effectively
- You set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives
