We're looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to assist the CEO of a multi-corporation. You will be responsible for handling all of the administrative tasks that keep our companies running smoothly. This includes everything from scheduling meetings, to answering phones, paperwork, research, typing correspondence, and more. You will work closely with the team of executives and managers and act as a liaison between these executives and other employees in the organization who need information or assistance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Hours of Work: 40hrs/week
Location: 3660 Hurontario St., Mississauga, ON L5B 3C4
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Providing administrative support to senior executives by greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and typing memos.
- Maintain company calendars and provide reminders.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Researching and keeping up to date with current business processes.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Coordinating executive travel arrangements, including booking flights, arranging lodging arrangements, and making arrangements for ground transportation.
- Maintaining records on company policies, procedures, and projects to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial positions.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to research and problem solve.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
