We're looking for an IT Communications Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain Affinity's communications infrastructure that our employees rely on and or members expect from us.

What you'll do

• Support the enhancement of our communications platform
• Provide budgetary and policy analysis and advice related to our technologies
• Complete preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist internal areas in collecting evidence for investigations
• Help develop procedures and strategies that protect our infrastructure and data in the event of a disaster
• Identify and escalate internal misuse or non-compliant use of our communications systems

What you've got

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise communication
• Certification in Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Productivity. (Relevant experience in Microsoft Exchange or Skype for Business could be considered equal to this certification.
