RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities Responsibilities Your role as the Device PMM's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the Device Marketing Plans for the Digital Stores locally
- Define the local marketing plans for all device categories across all digital store fronts: CA/store, windows store and Xbox Store
- Review and manage business performance against unit, revenue and traffic and CR targets
- Align with Product Marketing teams, Flagship Store marketing, Regional buying, planning team and local Consumer and Device Sales organizations to ensure the seasonal campaigns, offers, product roadmap, etc. is consistent across online and offline experiences in the Subsidiaries
- Partner with the Regional Merchandising and Physical Store team to ensure product roadmaps, launch readiness, customer value propositions and allocations are aligned.
Local Partnerships and Business Development
- Facilitate inbound requirements gathering from the local teams and outbound communication of business results, best practices and insights for online sales in partnership with the regional buying, planning and site merchandising and flagship store marketing teams.
- Partner with the regional and local stakeholders to develop new business opportunities, launch pilot programs and refine our customer value offers and sales scenarios
Business and Customer Insights
- Develop deep business and customer insights based on triangulation of data across our sales and marketing touch-points, Web reporting data and end-customer research
- Identification of models that predict future customer behaviour, create compelling customer experience through story-telling, unique store value proposition to realize cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Leverage Corp consumer experience and CRM strategy, define locally relevant acquisition and retention tactics to ensure consistent brand experience across storefronts and customer touchpoints (owned & operated, earned and paid properties)
- Communicate insights and act as the ?voice of customers? to key stakeholders Microsoft Stores team, including demand gen team, regional merchandising team, marketing team as well as PMG teams to help influence product category and promotion roadmap
As the marketing leader for this key area of our business, you will be measured by how well you drive Net promoter score, customer acquisitions and lifetime value goals, as well as show clear alignment with Microsoft Stores counterparts and PMG partners on revenue growth and gross margin targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Qualifications
- Bilingual strongly preferred (English/French)
- Proven thought leadership and results leading marketing and/or sales for consumer and small business products and services
- 5+ working experience and a deep understanding of digital & ecommerce marketing for PC or related premium devices, with the ability to translate marketing needs into program execution
- A track record of exceptional partnering across a wide-array of internal business groups, stakeholders and execution partners
- An ability to manage relationships with subsidiary peers to leverage campaign activities as appropriate from other subs, as well as drive global integration and adoption of marketing guidance
- An entrepreneurial spirit that is passionate about building businesses within a fast-paced environment, while changing the way customers perceive our brand and our products
- A character that exemplifies Microsoft values including integrity, honesty, openness, personal excellence, constructive self-criticism, continual self-improvement, and mutual respect
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
