The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing on specific graphic design components that have a strong visual impact and finalizing design requirements positioned to meet client's goals and objectives. This position will require taking a leading role on design projects while working with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations as necessary.

MISSIONS

10%: Onboarding and Implementation

  • Assist with ensuring fluid client onboarding from a system perspective, ensuring that documentation is available and activated for the client onboarding

70%: Design

  • Responsible for the design and development of website graphics and digital display ads in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format
  • Responsible for editing and producing video content when needed
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver client projects in a timely manner
  • Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of design assets and design prototypes
  • Produce high quality content to consistently meet client's expectations and deliverables on time
  • Stay current on design, market, and consumer trends while researching trends in the automotive industry and design best practices
  • Utilize and maintain organized collection of digital photography, video and graphic assets

10%: Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Actively perform quality assurance of produced assets with creative brief to ensure alignment and consistency before marking project as complete
  • Develop a strong understanding of automotive brand compliance regulations
  • Perform quality assurance of all graphics designed to ensure compliance with automotive brand standards

10%:

Participate and collaborate with internal stakeholders on additional non-client deliverables and/or internal deliverables as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA or BS in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Experience with a wide variety of operational and process-related functionality including, but not limited to design, front-end development, and compliance standards.
  • Fundamental understanding of design principles, with strong knowledge of typography and image composition.
  • Must have minimum 5-years of experience with website design and layout, including but not limited to UX design, Landing Page design development and more
  • Knowledge of the following applications and language is required: Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fundamental understanding of the following applications and language is required: HTML, CSS, Java Script
  • Technical Skills: Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), CSS, Java Script and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, with good organization and time management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work with team members and take ownership of overall vision, project goals, and functionalities required for a project to succeed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for workflow efficiencies through automation
  • Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job and who can work effectively across departments.
  • Possess solid understanding of design and user experience, and leverage data where possible to ensure maximum usability.
  • Must be collaborative, friendly, creative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the automotive industry with respect to e-commerce and technology

§ Travel: Qualified candidate must be able to travel to the United States of America for up to 4 weeks of in-person training at the start of employment (if permitted and/or required)
