PURPOSE and SCOPE:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all marketing activities for the Parts Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The following are the main job responsibilities and priorities for this position:
- Development of Marketing content for both print and online
- Ensure adherence to MacDon brand standards
- Development of online marketing content via Social Media and Google Ads
- Aid in the creation and distribution of Bulletins, Sales & Marketing Programs, and newsletters
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining annual marketing plans
- Work closely with Whole-Goods Marketing team to ensure alignment and support
- Coordinate email communication of marketing materials to Dealers and Distributors
- Coordinate Marketing materials for Trade Show activities
- Coordinate Advertising activities including physical and online materials
- Coordinate with engineering and marketing for packaging/label design on new parts and parts kits
- Ensure preparation for new product launches
- Manage parts content on Dealer Portal, SharePoint, and public website
- Maintain Social Media and branding presence online
- Host/facilitate Webinars
- Provide Support to Parts Territory Managers as required
- Facilitate international divisions marketing/communication
- Manage and coordinate marketing merchandise
- Provide visitor reception duties as required
- Coordinate Parts DC facility tours as required
- Coordinate Parts Marketing events as required
- Provide Reporting as required
- Provide Market Research on competitors and industry peers
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education and Experience
- A post-secondary education related to Business and/or Agriculture is an asset.
- Experience in graphic design is an asset
- Experience in running online marketing campaigns
Skills and Knowledge
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
- Experience working with Microsoft products. (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Adobe Software (Premier, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Some travel may be required
