Our graphic designers must be highly motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills, who can create well-designed print and digital collateral for property marketing, new business proposals and presentations, service line collateral, and general marketing materials with focus on complete project ownership and management.

The graphic designer needed is a dynamic team member adept at crafting compelling visual content across various platforms. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign - this individual will assist in the creation and development of diverse marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, signage, and digital assets. Collaborating closely with the brokerage team, they contribute fresh design concepts that resonate with project objectives while maintaining brand consistency across all collateral. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and development of various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, signage, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (with heavy focus on InDesign).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Create visually engaging social media graphics and posts to promote property listings and company initiatives.
  • Support the production of digital assets such as email campaigns, website graphics, and banner ads.
  • Assist with photo editing, retouching, and manipulation to enhance property images for marketing purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team as needed, including administrative tasks and organizing design files and assets.
  • Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of corporate graphic design experience or equivalent education.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled in email marketing, website, digital & print design.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in commercial real estate considered an asset.
