IN RESUME

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Digital Strategist, the Social Media Coordinator plays a key role in optimizing marketing activities on our various social platforms and ensures community management. She or he takes care of the content calendar from creation to publication and analyzes performance to offer strategic recommendations. This person likes to stay on top of trends, is organized, creative, has an excellent sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

SOME OF THE TASKS

  • Create the Cora Social Media content calendar: you will be in charge of proposing original and relevant content ideas related to the national calendar and current trends;
  • Write and create engaging photo/video content: you will be in charge of creating briefs, shot lists and mood boards. Your role will include overseeing all preparation steps during pre-production. During the session, your responsibilities will include taking charge of the artistic direction, managing the unexpected, ensuring that the team stays on schedule and providing real-time updates to the manager if necessary. In terms of writing, you will be led to convey Cora's unique tone of voice in a coherent way;
  • Manage community: you will have to ensure a positive brand experience by monitoring and participating in conversations, responding to comments and interacting with customers;
  • Manage media buying: You will oversee an advertising budget dedicated to amplifying the reach and engagement of content published on social networks. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager;
  • Create monthly reports: You will present monthly reports to the marketing managers. These reports will focus on essential KPIs. The goal will be to provide clear insights that guide Cora's social media strategy;
  • Create graphic content: You will occasionally need to create graphic visuals for stories. Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop and Canva is an asset;
  • Actively participate in digital marketing activities: You will play a key role in coordinating email marketing campaigns and updating the website. You will participate in the development of Adwords campaigns and SEO and SEM optimization;
  • Other related tasks.

IMPORTANT

  • College diploma in Communications, Social Media Strategy or similar;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Excellent communication in English and French, both oral and written.
  • Good knowledge of digital media and digital marketing, including website, social media and email marketing.
  • Good knowledge of social media features and trends (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Tiktok).
  • Good knowledge of SEO / Social ads / Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of key online performance indicators and ability to analyze data.
  • Have strong work planning and organization skills
  • Available on weekends for 2 hours of post monitoring.
