Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CRM and database management, including segmentation, analysis, and decision-making based on lead behavior.
  • Manage email marketing, creating automated campaigns for a personalized customer experience.
  • Provide insights on ad spend and lead quality through reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize funnel performance and customer journey.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for funnel stages and overall lifecycle.
  • Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize funnel performance.
  • Identify process improvement areas within CRM systems and workflows, streamlining tasks and automating processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting related to CRM usage and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot or Active Campaign.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, particularly Active Campaign.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of database management and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in lead management and CRM.
