 We are presently seeking a candidate possessing a blend of sales and organizational skills to fulfill the roll of Sales Representative for the North American market. You are passionate about design and architecture, and you want to evolve in a dynamic organization where the opportunities are huge, look no further!

Job Description

You will be responsible for generating revenue by selling TERRA SUMMER - outdoor living products over the phone and through online channels. You must be skilled in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing deals.

Our projects are unique and tailor-made, so routine is not part of our daily life!

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

  • Communicating with customers by phone, chat and/or email, answering customer questions, and providing outstanding customer service
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Ensure on time and prompt follow up to customer inquiries
  • Customize draft orders and quote for customers
  • CRM Maintenance: Manage and update the customer database
  • Monitor competitors' sales and marketing initiatives and market trends
  • Represent the company at official functions and promotional activities
  • Enhance the company's brand image with potential customers.
  • Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.

To be discussed, the position could evolve and allow for a few business trips per year.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Requires knowledge and experience in sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office is considered an asset
  • Action and results-oriented
  • Meticulous, rigorous and highly organized
  • Ability to take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex
  • Maintains essential technical knowledge of all pertinent products

The selected candidate will have to be available to work some evenings until 7 p.m. and on call Saturdays (every two weeks).
