Backed by world-class investors such as GSV, the leading edtech fund in the world, we are seeking an experienced and data-driven B2B SaaS Product Marketer & Growth Marketer to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth for our innovative products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively position our learning solutions, attract new enterprise customers, and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Product Marketing

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, pain points, and unique selling propositions in the corporate learning, upskilling, training, and partner enablement spaces.

- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target org and enterprise customers across various use cases, including upskilling, training, accelerator programs, onboarding, and partner enablement.

- Be adept at creating amazing product led modern user journey flows to drive product led sales and use very modern product led marketing techniques to drive sales led conversions.

- Create modern and compelling marketing collateral, including guides, whitepapers, reports case studies, and sales enablement materials that showcase the power of our AI-driven social learning platform.

- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of our platform's value propositions and a strong product led user journey for the free trial experience.

- Plan and execute successful product launches, updates, and feature releases for our learning solutions.

- Analyze platform usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and marketing optimization.

- Use AI tools to efficiently create product marketing materials and scale impact.

Growth Marketing

- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to acquire new organization and enterprise customers and drive adoption of our social learning platform across various use cases.

- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media, targeting decision-makers in corporate learning, upskilling, training, and partner enablement. Make AI your friend in leveraging new tools that save time and drive personalizaion.

- Optimize product led and sales led conversion funnels and user experiences to maximize lead quality and conversion rates for our AI powered social learning solutions.

- Leverage marketing automation tools and techniques to nurture leads and drive engagement with our platform.

- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with various marketing tactics to continuously improve campaign performance.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align growth efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience for our enterprise clients.

- Think outside of the box and use creativity to bring new channels / distribution on board that drive unprecedented growth for the platform.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and growth marketing roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on product led and sales led enterprise solutions.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for SaaS products.

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing analytics tools and data visualization platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and present complex ideas clearly.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and project management software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the learning, upskilling, training, and partner enablement landscapes.
