REASONS FOR THE POSITION:

In collaboration with the marketing director, the demand generation specialist develops lead acquisition, nurturing and conversion strategies. He/She implements strategies, monitors and communicates the results in order to optimize the “lead journey”. The incumbent works alongside business development teams to refine acquisition and nurturing tactics and strategies.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to demand generation
    • Identifies levers for acquiring new prospects (“inbound” and “outbound”)
    • Analyzes the customer journey (from discovery to the act of purchase)
      • Stakeholder in the development of lead nurturing strategies.
      • Ensures performance monitoring, communicates results and optimization tactics.
    • Takes responsibility for optimizing different lead generation channels based on objectives.
  • Use the CRM (Hubspot)
    • Keeps up to date with new marketing developments in the tool and ensures they are integrated into our ways of doing things.
    • Participates in database maintenance and data integrity.
    • Provides recommendations for optimizing the use of marketing features.
    • Pilot reports and dashboards on the performance of initiatives.
  • Support the marketing team
    • Proposes lead acquisition plans linked to different marketing initiatives
    • Takes responsibility for executing the advertising plan, monitoring performance and adjustments
    • Advises the marketing communications writer on:
      • developing content pieces that optimize conversion;
      • advise on maximizing engagement on social media;
      • optimize web content from an SEO perspective.
  • Measure and communicate our conversion effectiveness
    • Communicates recommendations to increase conversion rates/decrease costs to achieve a profitable customer acquisition model
    • Analyzes the quality of MQLs (works closely with business development managers) and makes necessary adjustments.
    • Measures the level of engagement of our prospects throughout their purchasing journey, and makes the necessary adjustments.
  • Maximize traffic and engagement (web platforms)
    • Ensure we increase traffic and conversion on our site and social media with the right mix of organic and paid initiatives.
    • Monitors Robotiq’s positioning in relation to its competitors
    • Suggests adjustments to increase the authority of the site and our communities.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

  • University degree in marketing, business intelligence, or any other relevant field;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of demand generation in a B2B business context Excellent analytical skills and data-driven
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, good communicator
  • Autonomy, control and accountability of its responsibilities and its impact within the company;
  • Empathy and customer orientation in order to align our business strategies with their needs;
  • Team player who inspires confidence and promotes synergy, listening and creativity to achieve team objectives.
  • Advanced command of French and English, both oral and written
