REASONS FOR THE POSITION:

Our team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with the challenge of collecting and translating the Voice of Customer, clearly communicating the value of a product in a way that resonates with the market, as well as ensure commercialization and adoption of the product.

This key role requires great autonomy as well as high skills in positioning and design of commercial messages and B2B promotional campaigns. It can be carried out remotely, but ideally in hybrid working mode.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, coordinate and execute the marketing plan and/or the launch, promotion and communication plan for Robotiq products/solutions;
  • Establish the positioning and develop the commercial message of the products;
  • Produce, distribute/publish and promote sales support tools: sales presentations, photos, brochures, web content, case studies, videos, ebooks, etc.;
  • Collect and translate the Voice of Customer;
  • Participate in the development of performance indicators relating to the commercial aspect of the product and monitor them;
  • Participate in the creation of content for certain internal and external commercial communications relating to it (Leads newsletter, Partners newsletter, Commercial Weekly, social media, Robotiq blog, marketing emails, etc.);
  • Participate and collaborate in certain commercial activities: webinars, press relations, promotion, etc.;
  • Support and collaborate closely with product managers on various elements relating to product marketing (sales training, product roadmap, commercial validation, etc.).
  • Occasionally participate in trade fairs;
  • Support the marketing team on various projects and responsibilities related to the role.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

  • University degree in marketing, administration, consumption, or any other relevant field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience relevant to the responsibilities of the position, and in international B2B commerce;
  • Advanced command of French and English, both oral and written; A
  • utonomy and “ownership” of its responsibilities and its impact within the company;
  • Results orientation and high motivation to achieve goals;
  • Ability to take initiatives based on analysis and establish priorities in activities;
  • Empathy and customer orientation in order to align our differentiation strategy in response to their needs;
  • Team player who inspires confidence and promotes synergy and creativity to achieve team goals.
