Receptionist/Marketing Associate - Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services

Location: 340 Midpark Way SE Suite 207 Calgary AB

Type: Part Time - Monday - Friday (9:00am to 2:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily marketing call (cold call & warm call) requirements.
• Complete daily office administrative tasks (including billing, claims connection calls, mailer programs, and event prep).
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Meet monthly lead generation & sales goals.

Requirements:

• Sales or Administraive experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Cold Call experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
• Diligent and hardworking
• Proactive in problem solving
• General Level 1 Insurance License (preferred- not required)

This is a Part-Time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Calgary AB, this is not a remote role.
