Position Summary

We're looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on graphic design to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a passion for creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms. This role will involve a mix of graphic design, website updates, social media management, and content creation to support our marketing initiatives and partner programs.

What You'll Do

Graphic Design:

  • Create compelling graphics for various platforms, including the website, partner presentations, one-pagers, case studies, webinar decks, digital ads, emails, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Design customer support collaterals such as one-pagers and other materials for upsell and expansion talk tracks.
  • Develop standard presentation templates for sales decks, partner decks, and customer support decks.
  • Website Updates and Maintenance:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and partners to update written content on the website.
  • Revamp the homepage to enhance the overall narrative.
  • Maintain and update pages of immediate importance, particularly those related to key partners such as Atlassian, JFrog, GitLab, Jenkins, CloudBees, and SonarQube.
  • Utilize the latest marketing tools and AI functionalities to enhance graphic design creativity and efficiency.
  • Events and Campaigns:
  • Create and update explainer videos for the website, sales pitches, partner programs, and social channels.
  • Design and manage landing pages for internal campaigns, partner campaigns, and event tracking.
  • Develop and update marketing emails for webinars, partner campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Maintain a content calendar and publish updates on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design.
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website updates and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe Express for graphic design.
  • Experience with HubSpot for managing email campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
