JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager in B2B Prospecting, you will play a key role in developing our clients' business by identifying and exploring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts while ensuring proactive and effective prospecting. This position requires a person passionate about sales and new technologies, capable of working in a team and independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through market research, social media (LinkedIn), emails, and phone calls.

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction by responding to their needs and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement B2B prospecting strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize growth opportunities.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Use a multi-channel approach to communicate with prospects and clients, including LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.

  • Follow-up and Reporting: Track the performance of prospecting campaigns and produce regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and content creation teams to optimize campaign results and align initiatives with client objectives.

  • Continuous Training: Stay informed about trends and best practices in B2B prospecting and business development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B prospecting and client account management.

  • Concrete experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or others), databases, automation software, and social media.

  • Excellent relational and communication skills, in both French and English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interest in new technologies and prospecting/growth hacking platforms.
