In your role as Marketing Coordinator, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will develop and execute core marketing programs in support of the company's overall vision and strategy. Working closely with the General Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales team, you will apply your knowledge and experience of B2B marketing to help achieve our immediate and long-term business objectives, while surrounded with an excellent team that is rallying for your success.

Practically speaking, here's what you'll do on a day-to-day basis...

· Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan in collaboration with the General Manager and Business Development Manager

· Responsibly manage the budget for marketing-related expenses throughout the fiscal year

· Ensure all marketing and company communications uphold branding guidelines and are consistent with company image, culture & objectives

· Design and implement core marketing programs, including:

o Website maintenance and improvements, SEO and monitoring analytics

o Creating, sharing and engaging with content on all company social media platforms

o Coordinating ongoing project and product photography to build media library

o Designing and producing all marketing collateral (e.g. product data sheets, brochures)

o Developing, monitoring and maintaining digital and print ad campaigns (Google Search, Instagram/Facebook)

o Coordinating trade show participation, including administration, promotion, development of exhibit materials, lead generation and follow-up

· In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, tools and best practices as well as an understanding of basic graphic design principles

· A passion for creating engaging content and keeping up with changing social media trends

· Expert written and verbal communication skills with exceptional spelling and grammar

· The ability to plan and manage projects within appropriate time and budget constraints

· High attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of clients, contractors, suppliers and coworkers

Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or other related program

· 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B

· Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc)

· Experience using social media and other online tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleAds, Mailchimp)

· Prior experience with natural stone for the landscaping/building industry is an asset

· Must hold a valid Driver's License as this position will include some local travel to trade shows, job sites, etc.
