Description:?Are you an energetic and ambitious marketing professional ready to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Manager! In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership team, marketing agency and FAC to create and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that will take our brand to new heights.

Primary Duties:
? Inspire and lead the daily activities of the marketing team.
? Oversee dynamic marketing strategies, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations, with valuable input from the FAC.
? Collaborate with the leadership team, marketing agency and FAC to develop and execute an innovative brand strategy and marketing plan, both nationally and locally.
? Keep our brand standards manual current and engaging.
? Ensure all communications, internal and external, are on-brand and impactful.
? Create insightful analytical reports to measure and optimize performance and strategy.
? Lead exciting marketing activities for new and existing brand initiatives.
? Develop menu strategies for new and existing products.
? Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitive environments and consumer trends.
? Work with agencies, designers, and printers to produce professional and cost-effective marketing and menu materials.
? Manage our databases, including loyalty programs, eCRM, and franchise development, ensuring they are effective and up-to-date.
? Drive our social media presence, online sentiment, and website content to new levels of engagement.
? Monitor and enhance our brand presence nationally and locally to boost our reputation and recognition.
? Deliver compelling marketing, brand, and operational presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
? Manage our national gift card programs, including supplier relationships, reporting, and communications with restaurant teams.

? An understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, digital advertising, eCRM, loyalty platforms, and online sentiment management.
? Creative, adaptable, and financially responsible.
? Experience in the foodservice and restaurant industry, with moderate culinary, beverage, and/or product development skills considered an asset.
Salary: $80,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
Experience: 7-10 years in progressive marketing roles, with multi-unit restaurant or marketing project management experience considered an asset.?
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or public relations, or a combination of related education and experience?
