Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial spirited individual to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insole/retail market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective retailers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for retail staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the footwear or insole industry (Not essential)
  • Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
