Your Role:

As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you'll take charge of all HR functions, ensuring they align with the overall business goals and support their dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Immigration and LMIA Process: Manage the immigration process for foreign workers, ensuring compliance and working closely with a lawyer to secure Labor Market Impact Assessments (LMIA).
  • HR Investigations and Dispute Resolution: Conduct thorough HR investigations and effectively resolve workplace disputes, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to build and align HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers across various locations.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships within our community and with the staff, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Tech-Savvy Solutions: Utilize the latest HR software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop innovative solutions to HR challenges, thinking outside the box to meet the unique needs of this industry.
  • Hands-On Approach: Lead by example in a hands-on, professional manner, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to the company's values.
  • Travel and On-Site Presence: Regularly visit the company's multiple locations to ensure consistent HR practices and provide on-site support.
