Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by booking service appointments, scheduling sales estimates, and conducting outbound calls to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling service appointments and estimates.
• Conduct outbound outreach to our customers, sharing our promotions and services, and scheduling service appointments
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally with familiarity in heating, cooling, or plumbing
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
