JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Intern will be a key support to all teams involved in a Marketing 360 plan to ensure the success of the upcoming launches of Givenchy Fragrance, Givenchy Beauty, and Kenzo Fragrance in the Canadian market. This is a 6-month assignment that will require 3 days a week (in office) for a total of up to 30 hours a week and will report to the Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Marketing Team on all 360-launch planning to ensure the perfect execution of the launch strategy in the Canadian beauty market
  • Research key industry trends, competitive insights and industry leaders for in-store, online, media and influencer activations
  • Key contact to the Merchandising, E-retail, PR, Training and Events team for assets creation in French to cater for the Quebec region
  • Support to the Marketing Coordinators for copy, asset and comp requests from retailers
  • Assist in creative research and project management for Marketing presentations: how to present the launches to key retailers in the most engaging way and ensure their support
  • Maintain and update order trackers, marketing inventory
  • Support to the Merchandising team by assisting with audits of retails doors and ensuring operational excellence
  • Conduct competitive analysis in-store by highlighting brand activations and merchandising opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency communication in English and French
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Actively engaged in using social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Growth mindset ready to innovate and work collaboratively with a team
  • Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interest in Fragrance and Beauty products

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $21-$25 CAD.
