- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat sales and long-term loyalty.
- Effectively present and demonstrate curative and preventive surface products, explaining features, benefits, and differentiating factors from competitors' products.

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients within the territory, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Understand the specific needs of clients and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales.
- Track orders, deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Understand the addressable market, create a sales plan, and ensure product penetration within the territory.
- Perform effectively in a context of monthly sales targets, aiming to meet and exceed them.

Product Promotion and Sales:
- Present technical features and product benefits.
- Organize and lead product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote products.

Technical Support and Advice:
- Provide technical support and advice on product usage.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues.
- Train healthcare professionals on the proper use of surfaces.

Administrative Follow-Up:
- Prepare and submit client visit and sales reports.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Education: Degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. Training or experience in the medical field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales. Experience in the medical or healthcare equipment sector is an asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Laval and Outaouais for client visits and professional events.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

- Headquarters: Located in Brossard; the representative will primarily be on the road.
