Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate targeted and high-quality leads
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within enterprise organizations, designing effective outreach strategies
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, email marketing, SEO, and other tools to maximize reach and engagement
- Produce high-quality, relevant content tailored to enterprise decision-makers, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video
- Utilize data analytics to guide marketing strategies, track performance, and refine tactics. Develop success metrics and report regularly on campaign results
- Partner with C-suite executives to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and campaign performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and enterprise-level engagement
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and managing marketing campaigns
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Salary Range: $100-130k/year
