A leading provider of medical supplies and equipment dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes across Canada is hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to help grow their markets in Manitoba. Focusing on innovation, exceptional service, and cultural inclusivity, they support acute and non-acute medical facilities, including remote and Indigenous communities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Present and demonstrate a comprehensive portfolio of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • 5+ years of successful medical sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience servicing both acute and non-acute healthcare environments will be beneficial.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Awareness of Indigenous cultures and communities is considered a strong asset.

OTHER
