We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team at Visage, a leading medical aesthetics and wellness brand.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a strong eye for content, detail, and authenticity.

What You'll Do:

• Content Creation & Videography
• Capture and edit engaging short- and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
• Coordinate and assist with testimonials and behind-the-scenes clinic footage
• Social Media Management
• Write captions that reflect brand voice and speak directly to our client audience
• Schedule, coordinate, and post content across all platforms
• Maintain a cohesive aesthetic and tone
• Strategy & Research
• Stay on top of trends and platform updates
• Research and develop content ideas that resonate with our audience
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and copy development
• Collaboration
• Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to align on brand messaging
• Support in creating content for promotional events, launches, and educational pieces
• Confidentiality & Compliance
• Ensure all content creation and storage complies with PHIA (Personal Health Information Act) standards
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect in all documentation and visual assets

What We're Looking For:

• Strong videography and video editing skills (please include portfolio or samples)
• Excellent writing and captioning skills: can write fun, friendly, clear content
• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to self-manage
• Familiarity or interest in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry is a strong asset
• PHIA training or willingness to complete upon hiring
