Tii?ma Management Services is looking for a full time Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this key role, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support which includes managing CEO schedule, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some weekends, evenings and travel.
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: 1250C Ironwood Street, Campbell River
Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 a year

You will be a key member of a team and work directly with the CEO to provide administrative support and help streamline day-to-day operations for the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage CEO's travel logistics and activities, including accommodation,transportation, and meals
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Skills
- Experience with minute taking and making agendas
- Good communication written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
