Job Description:

1. Working with Marketing development and implement business development strategy, now and future growth

2. Develop, follow up and follow through with potential clients. Meet at their residence and our office, assessing their needs and explain the Design/Build process to them as it pertains to their specific project.

3. Prepare Contracts, Addendums, & other paperwork to move project forward.

4. Effectively communicate first with client and then with the company team, the work to be carried out through an established process.

5. Responsible to maintain the relationship with the client from contract to completion.

6. Held accountable for fine-tuning leads/sales dashboard for results on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements

· Minimum 10 years experience in the residential construction & design industry and/ or Real Estate

· Ability to read and understand plans and other related documents.

· Experience in contraction and presentations for residential homeowners, construction and development companies

· Experience with both renovation and new construction type projects

· Experience in basic estimating and residential design

· Excellent communication skills, composure, and people skills

· Excellent written and verbal command of the English language

· Hold a valid BC drivers licence and have a reliable vehicle

· Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other basic computer skills including current Ai toolbox

· Strong organizational and record keeping skills

· Self Motivated

· Construction Law

· Project Management experience

· Experience with Monday.com and BuilderTrend

· Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing
