Job Summary
We're seeking a proactive Sales Move Coordinator in Edmonton AB to support our dynamic sales team by managing leads, incoming calls, scheduling, and client communication. Your mission: drive sales efficiency, elevate customer satisfaction and develop new client relationships.
Responsibilities
· Assist the sales team in managing leads, incoming calls, survey schedules and client communications.
· Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client relationships.
· Identify leads to further selling opportunities to improve sales growth.
· Participate in training sessions to stay-updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Core Skills
- Handle inbound calls, using proper phone etiquette, English language required, professionalism and best practices.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Moveware).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Position Available: AMJ in Edmonton Alberta
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00
Additional pay, after a 3-month probationary period
