We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager for our PUSHCORP division to drive growth and elevate our brand in industrial automation. In this role, you’ll develop strategies that showcase our cutting-edge force-compliant tooling and electric spindles, known worldwide for precision, power, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Development and execution of marketing activities & planning for PUSHCORP, including but not limited to product launches, advertising campaigns, content, tradeshows and more!
  • Communicate with channel partners on content - Abrasive Manufacturers, Universities, Integrators, and Distributors.
  • Develop marketing content and videos to promote demo labs in both Montreal & Dallas locations. (lab overview, product features, applications).
  • Work closely with 3rd party graphic designers, video creators, and print vendors (Fiverr, TM Graphics, Minuteman Press, etc.) in addition to internal collaborators to ensure delivery of various assets.
  • Regularly track & analyze results and provide recommendations for optimization.

Product Marketing:

  • Support go-to-market processes and ensure delivery of marketing milestones, such as:
    • Update website with new products.
    • Create graphics to illustrate product capabilities.
    • Develop email campaigns to promote new products.
    • Produce videos to explain and promote new products.
    • Collaborate with external partners to produce webinars, podcasts, etc

Business Development

  • Develop relationships with partners to build an integrator network.
  • Expand customer based on identified target markets and current applications.
  • Partner with sales teams in targeting potential new customers or potential new leads.
  • Monthly newsletters engage customers by: Driving leads to demo lab, showing off new products, update customers of upcoming scheduled trade shows and events.
  • Highlight current projects through video testimonials & case studies.

Tradeshow & Events:

  • Leads all aspects of PUSHCORP tradeshows - manages logistics, booth layouts, exhibitor assignments, materials planning, pre & post show communications and show leads tracking.
  • Leads marketing initiatives to promote events; includes creating show specials, promotional materials, and managing the event website to attract attendees.
  • Ensures tradeshow leads are received and distributed to appropriate stakeholders quickly after each show; follows-up with sales and track results.
  • Identify potential new events aligned with business and marketing strategy.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of B2B content marketing strategy, tools and processes.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing programs.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners and affiliates.
  • Strong knowledge of competitive analysis methods.
  • Direct responsibility in business planning and implementation of marketing activities & strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
  • Strong communicator with excellent copywriting skills in English and ability to clearly articulate ideas and present
  • Able to set priorities, multi-task, and work efficiently in a team environment responding and pivoting to competing priorities and timelines.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, planning and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Rigorous and possessing sound judgement, open-minded and creative thinking
  • Results oriented person and proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
  • Strong analytical skills

Experience & Education:

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in marketing
  • Experience working in a B2B industrial company & knowledge of B2B content marketing strategy. Previous experience in the Robotic industry would be a major asset.
  • Must be able to travel to the U.S. as required.
