In this role, you'll develop and execute social media strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee content and campaign performance. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their social media presence aligns with their business goals while staying ahead of trends.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our social media-focused clients, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and strategic guidance.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers to execute high-performing social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content calendars, campaigns, and activations.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social projects across digital social platforms.
  • Stay ahead of trends to ensure our clients remain innovative and competitive.
  • Develop and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of agency experience in social media strategy and client account management.
  • A proven track record of managing corporate/business social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and both organic and paid marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills-client-facing experience is a must.
  • Ability to develop and present strategies, reports, and insights confidently.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HeyOrca).
  • Project management skills-balancing multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
