TevaGrow is on a mission to bring nature indoors through innovative, low-maintenance living walls and plant furniture. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow our online presence and turn scrolls into sales.

This is your chance to own the voice of a unique brand and have fun doing it. You'll have creative freedom to try bold, exciting content ideas while working with an in-house team of designers and plant lovers who are building something fresh and meaningful.

What You'll Do

• Lead, plan, and manage all TevaGrow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content including video, reels, carousels, stories, and trend-based content
• Collaborate with our in-house graphic designers to develop polished, on-brand creative
• Develop and implement social campaigns that align with business goals and brand identity
• Monitor trends, community engagement, and analytics to continually improve performance
• Pitch creative ideas, contests, partnerships, or influencer campaigns - we're open to innovation!

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency
• Portfolio or examples of fun, engaging, and high-performing content
• Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and trends
• Passion for storytelling, visual content, and all things creative
• Self-starter who thrives with freedom and ownership
• Bonus: Experience in home decor, gardening, furniture, or lifestyle brands
