Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, as Digital Marketing Director, you will play a central role in the growth of Milesopedia by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen and expand our brand presence in North America. The position requires direct involvement in projects, both in overall strategic planning and detailed execution.

You will be responsible for our overall marketing strategy:

  • Increasing Milesopedia’s brand awareness among our target audiences
  • Developing the acquisition of new readers and community members
  • Driving engagement and loyalty within our community
  • Maximizing the impact of partner campaigns

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Define and lead our Marketing strategy: Develop the global strategy, strengthen brand awareness, propose initiatives and manage the marketing budget;
  • Design and execute Marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, newsletters, CRM, automation, partnerships, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams to maximize acquisition, engagement and conversion. Coordinate user experience-focused activations while managing the internal marketing team and external partners;
  • Optimize our Marketing partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key players in loyalty programs and financial services, supervising joint campaigns and long-term projects;
  • Be the voice of Milesopedia: Represent Milesopedia at industry events, conferences and trade shows, as well as create marketing and corporate tools;
  • Marketing team management: Manage the internal marketing team (1 person with more to come) and coordinate external partners (agencies, content creators, public relations).

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach (the ability to turn an idea into tangible impact)
  • Proven experience in acquisition, engagement, and retention of digital audiences
  • Solid understanding of brand development and content marketing
  • Natural leadership with the ability to engage and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of personal finance, rewards programs, or the travel industry (a significant asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: desire to build, innovate, and directly contribute to company growth
  • Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory
