Our client in professional services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a team of five Account Managers. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of projects and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and compile regular and ad hoc reports to track performance and support client deliverables.
-Draft professional correspondence and assist in preparing client-facing materials using templates.
- Monitor the progress of client projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, filing, and adapting to evolving team needs.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience supporting a team with administrative duties in an office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with templates and confidential client material.
- Post-secondary education required.
