Position
We are looking for a dynamic and fluently bilingual Account Manager with strong client service instincts and a deep understanding of the real estate business to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects for a large portfolio of Realtor clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship building, has experience developing and executing print, digital and outdoor campaigns for small (real estate) businesses, and can lead a small team of graphic designers, marketers and freelance contributors with experience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for real estate clients, including Realtors and developers
- Develop marketing plans in collaboration with clients, and manage end-to-end campaign execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support business/brand positioning, property listings marketing, seasonal campaign and lead generation initiatives, encompassing branding, postcard marketing/mailing (direct mail), print collateral, digital ads, social media, email, video, signage, and more
- Liaise between clients and internal creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
- Lead client briefings, project kickoffs, and performance check-ins with confidence and professionalism
- Write marketing briefs, track campaign deliverables, and ensure flawless execution
- Actively contribute to the creative/execution of marketing projects – messaging, copywriting, editing and proofreading
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support for clients on marketing technology tools (e.g. email marketing systems, social media platforms)
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, performance reporting, and regular strategy sessions
- Ensure brand/consistency compliance with industry regulations and Realtors’ individual brokerage brand standards
- Provide proactive account leadership—anticipating client needs, offering strategic insight, and identifying opportunities for to grow the services offered
Qualifications
- Min. 3–5 years of client service or account management experience, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency
- Strong knowledge of small business marketing and working with entrepreneurial clients with limited budgets is a must
- Experience working with real estate clients —Realtors, developers or real estate agencies —is a significant advantage
- Direct mail, print, digital and social media marketing expertise required
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities, including the use of project management software such as Asana/Trello
- Experienced team and people manager, including managing graphic designers, account coordinators, social media/digital strategists
- Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of platforms such as MLS, Centris, Facebook Ads Manager, or Matterport is an asset
