Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist based in Barrie, ON. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's eCommerce platforms, such as our online store and related eCommerce sites. This role will manage product listings, customer orders, and assist with sales and marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for social media and marketing strategies.

• Analytical skills and the ability to identify key insights to drive sales growth.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience through all customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams as well as vendors and customers.
• E-commerce industry knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Experience in sales to identify new opportunities and build customer relationships.
• General knowledge about hunting and/or sporting activities is an asset
• Social media skills
• Strong skills in platforms like Woo Commerce
