As we scale our operations, we're looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Expert to build, optimize, and maintain our CRM systems tailored for the real estate industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Representative and Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about real estate, branding, and people. This is a full-time hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced marketing environment and also thrives in face-to-face networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing (60%) - In-Office

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Coordinate and host recruitment presentations, information sessions, and real estate career events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content including videos, graphics, and testimonials.
• Track campaign performance, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools and recruitment metrics.
• Build relationships with realtors, real estate schools, and industry professionals to promote Ohmer's unique value proposition.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding walkthroughs, and support new agent integration into the brokerage.
• Share feedback with leadership to continuously improve recruitment messaging and strategies.
• Help manage and grow digital campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
• Monitor analytics and performance of marketing campaigns and suggest optimizations
• Support email marketing, CRM updates, and marketing automation
• Assist with website updates, SEO optimization, and blog content creation
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners for marketing assets

Brand & Community Outreach (40%) - On the Go

• Attend local events, especially at banks, expos, trade shows, and networking meetups to promote Ohmer Realty
• Represent the brand professionally while building new relationships with industry partners and potential clients
• Provide in-person demos or presentations about our digital brokerage model
• Collect feedback from outreach events and help refine our community engagement strategies

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate or early-career marketing professional with a passion for real estate and tech
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident speaking with people and presenting
• Skilled at creating compelling content and social media strategy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving startup environment
• Flexible with travel for event attendance (vehicle an asset, but not mandatory)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or event promotion
• Strong knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel), basic video editing or real estate industry knowledge

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Follow Up Boss.
• Digital ad experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
