We're looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who brings energy, calm, and clarity - someone who can keep up, jump in, and keep everything moving. The Role

This isn't just a support role - it's a high-trust, high-impact partnership with our founder. You'll be the go-to for managing her schedule, communications, admin, and light finance tasks. You'll also be a key player behind the scenes - helping our small-but-mighty team stay organized, efficient, and protected from chaos.

Some days that might mean organizing a packed calendar, triaging a messy inbox, or prepping a client meeting. Other days it could be managing bookkeeping, coordinating travel, or making sure our systems run smoothly.

This role blends precision and pace, intuition and execution. We move quickly, we do things properly, and we make it fun.

You'll Be Responsible For:

Executive Support

  • Managing and optimizing a dynamic, always-moving calendar
  • Monitoring inboxes, drafting and responding to communications, and filtering the noise
  • Prepping for meetings, following up on tasks, and making sure nothing falls through

Admin & Light Finance

  • Handling internal admin and ops - contracts, filing, systems, communication
  • Tracking invoices, managing expenses, and working alongside our bookkeeper
  • Coordinating travel and logistics, personal and professional

Project & Ops Support

  • Running point on internal initiatives and ops projects
  • Supporting with hiring tasks, onboarding, and culture initiatives
  • Pitching in where needed - and knowing when to ask, "How can I help?"

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Edmonton-based (or nearby), with flexibility to work both in-person and remotely
  • Comfortable managing both professional and personal logistics
  • Able to travel occasionally if needed

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in creative, design-driven, or high-end service industries
  • Familiarity with light bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
  • A knack for planning events, streamlining systems, or creating calm in the storm
