As a Business Development Representative at Pros Mechanics Recruiting Firm, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing new business opportunities. This is a commission-based position where your income potential is directly tied to your performance and success in bringing in new clients and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and partners within the Recruitment sector.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our products/services.
- Negotiation: Skill fully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and streamline the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a minimum of (X) years of relevant experience.
