Over the last 60 years, Zeemac has established a reputation in commercial fleet services for our people, leading technology, financial services, and diverse partner network. Reporting to the Managing Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior leaders of government and commercial companies across Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow an active customer portfolio, ensuring a high-level of customer retention.
  • Work effectively both independently and within teams (?one-team? mentality).
  • Continually develop and train on company products and services.
  • Utilize CRM system for lead, prospect and customer pipeline management.
  • Generate and develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule new client appointments with B2B commercial companies.
  • Organically prospect new business opportunities through phone, drop-ins, email, marketing collateral and referrals.
  • Respond to electronic leads, phone calls, and customer walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally. Accurately qualify opportunities.
  • Prepare, develop, and tailor presentation decks and marketing materials.
  • Lead prospective customers through a discovery needs analysis and compelling fleet services presentation.
  • Develop rapport and trust with customers while ensuring Zeemac values are upheld.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals on company products and services.
  • Efficiently administer your own product deliveries, ensuring paperwork adheres with internal policies and procedures. Account Executives are to maintain a high-degree of competence and detail with paperwork.

We're a remote-friendly company, based in Canada and this role is open to candidates who currently have valid Canadian work authorization (a SIN) and currently reside in British Columbia. Our core meeting hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time, and we ask that you are available during that time, both for meetings and connections. BENEFITS

  • Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (range will be commensurate based on skills and experience).
  • Commission (on target earnings): $70,000+ year one.
  • Zeemac will guarantee an OTE (salary commission) of $60,000 in Year 1.
  • Uncapped commission structure providing the ability to earn well above OTE.
  • Phone Allowance: $100 / month
  • Vehicle Allowance $500 / month

Flexibility with remote work, on-the-road days, and a collaborative office environment. We support a blended work-from-home/office structure, as Account Executives are required to be in office to support product delivery fulfillment and shared office coverage support. Initial training and onboarding will be conducted in-office (approximately 1-2 months).
