Pacific FC - Account Executive, Business Development (Ticket Sales)

The Role
Are you a self-starter with a passion for connecting with people, closing deals, and building lasting relationships? Pacific FC is looking for a driven and outgoing Account Executive, Business Development to join our growing ticket sales team.
This role primarily focuses on generating new ticketing revenue through outbound sales, including phone calls, emails, meetings, and events, with a focus on businesses and group buyers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in sports, entertainment, and growing the Pacific FC fan base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively prospect, engage, and convert B2B leads into Pacific FC ticket buyers.
- Sell a full suite of ticketing products, including Season Memberships, mini-packs, group packages, and premium hospitality.
- Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs and maximize long-term value.
Outbound Activity & Pipeline Management
- Dedicate consistent daily time blocks to phone calls, emails, and meeting outreach.
- Accurately manage your sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal using CRM software.
- Maintain detailed records, track performance, and provide regular sales forecasts.
Client Service & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through ongoing communication and support.
- Collaborate with Fan Services to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional matchday experiences.
- Host clients on matchdays and at team events to build loyalty and close future deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
- Identify and introduce entry-level sponsorship assets where applicable to small business clients.
- Support club-wide ticketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently meet or exceed outbound outreach targets (calls, meetings, emails).
- Achieve monthly and seasonal sales goals, contributing to key club objectives.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from outreach to closed sales.
Who You Are
- A confident communicator who's energized by talking to new people, especially on the phone.
- A goal-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic and team-focused environment.
- Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or ticketing - preferably in sports, entertainment, or events.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) is a strong asset.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for home matches and events.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation is preferred.

Salary Range
$50-55k plus commission.
