How You'll Make An Impact

  • Report to the Marketing Manager, Travel.
  • Support online and traditional marketing campaigns, from planning and implementation to reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Provide support to marketing specialists in delivering campaigns related to vacation packages, hotels, tours, solo groups, and charters.
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, working with printers, publishers, travel suppliers, and creative vendors.
  • Book advertisements with third-party vendors and manage creative asset delivery.
  • Manage website updates and content through the Travel Content Management System, ensuring timely and accurate changes.
  • Assist in the creation and deployment of email and direct mail campaigns specific to the travel portfolio.
  • Coordinate and maintain in-centre and virtual marketing initiatives and campaign materials.
  • Provide support for planning and executing in-centre or virtual events related to travel promotions.
  • Collaborate with Rewards and Membership on cross-promotional opportunities and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage our TV Segments with Global and other broadcast partners.
  • Support internal teams by communicating campaign plans to frontline staff and addressing marketing requests.
  • Manage budgets and track expenditures related to media buying, promotions, printing, and events.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and meet AMA quality standards.
  • Collaborate across marketing, digital, and travel teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact campaigns.

What You Bring To The Table

  • You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to travel or tourism.
  • You have experience with email marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • You're comfortable working with content management systems and digital tools.
  • You're a strong communicator and collaborator, with an eye for brand consistency and detail.
  • You're organized, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.
