About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Content Specialist who's passionate about content creation and campaign execution. In this role, you'll help shape how we tell our story-through social media, email campaigns, product brochures, white papers, sales presentations, and more. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of content, strategy, and product marketing. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, curiosity, and clear communication.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive creation of marketing content for social media, email campaigns, white papers, and product brochures
  • Provide support for internal stakeholders on creation of product marketing presentations and sales enablement materials
  • Manage content release schedules aligned with campaign goals, internal initiatives or product launches across platforms (LinkedIn, website, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Conduct competitive research and help maintain product positioning documents
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and customer communications
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, making recommendations for new tools and strategies to enhance our content creation and distribution efforts

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for turning technical information into engaging content
  • Proven track record of creating compelling and effective content across various formats, such as blog posts, social media content, white papers, presentations, videos, and webinars
  • Familiarity with content creation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator) to create visual content such as infographics, graphical diagrams/visualizations
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a positive, self-starter attitude
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a preferred
  • Exposure to B2B or SaaS product marketing or experience with P&C insurance is a plus
