PROFILE SUMMARY

As the Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind all marketing activities for an exciting portfolio of Wesgroup's diverse developments. You will manage schedules, coordinate with internal and external partners, and create and execute marketing plans to ensure every project delivers on the company's standards, on budget and on time. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads for the sales team, and ensuring the successful promotion of our real estate projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Overall strategic planning and execution of marketing activities for multiple residential developments.
  • Direct collaboration with suppliers and vendors for creative outputs, including branding, marketing assets, collateral, media planning, and sales center design.
  • Regular visits to Wesgroup communities within your portfolio to maintain brand standards and stay informed about the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Project Marketing and participate in brainstorming and tactical meetings to generate new ideas for market penetration, advertising campaigns, and sales activations.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Email marketing campaign execution and collaboration with the Communications team for effective messaging across social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing and project management.
  • Strong understanding of effective product positioning and the importance of brand aesthetics.
  • Experience in managing vendor relations across various marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the presale project life cycle.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is an asset.
  • Familiarity with key digital initiatives, including CRM software, web application development, SEO, and Google products.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for visits to Wesgroup's sites across the Lower Mainland.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic, with strong grammar and proofreading abilities.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
