The Position - A Professional Opportunity to Join a Dynamic Team:

We are looking for an individual excited about becoming a key member of our Corporate Services team that is focused on leading the City's Human Resources and Communications portfolios. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, labour relations, retention and establishing programs and policies. You will lead the City's communication team by creating, approving and posting media content.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of human resource experience in a municipal setting with a sound understanding of recruitment, labour relations, policy/program development and implementation within a unionized environment. They will be passionate about leading internal and external communications by providing support to all City departments.
