Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales through engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions with our range of branded merchandise. Please note this is an In office possition. We are not hiring for Remote work at this time!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and offering product recommendations.
• Prepare and present product demos to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our branded merchandise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Support the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry functions to represent the company and build client relationships.
• Manage and update client databases and sales records.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Ability to Lift 40 lbs.
• Clean Drivers Abstract and Reliable Vehicle

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in Marketing or Business Management
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel Draw and assest but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

• Starting $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
• Km Compensation when your personal car is required for meetings and drop offs.
• Benefit Allowance after 3 months
• Attractive Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
• No Weekends and Statutory Holidays
