WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing data-driven recruiting strategies in support of business objectives for our Feild Support Center (FSC). You will be responsible for leading your team in achieving recruiting goals, establishing, and iterating on processes that create efficiencies, ensuring we create a best-in-class candidate experience and continue to hire top talent. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape, has helped grow and develop recruiting functions, and isn't afraid to roll-up their sleeves and dig in!

Talent:

Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and future FSC growth plans

Partner closely with HR and functional heads and business leaders to gain insights into upcoming projects, expansions, and initiatives that will drive hiring demand. Collaborate to align talent acquisition efforts with business priorities

Lead the team in identifying critical roles and skill sets required for future success, and proactively build talent pipelines by engaging with potential candidates, nurturing relationships, and cultivating a pool of qualified individuals ready for future opportunities.

Partner with senior leadership by serving as an advisor for key leadership hires (Director and above) and talent needs within the business.

Stay abreast of industry trends and market shifts to align the talent acquisition strategy with evolving business needs.

Lead and inspire the TA team, ensuring proper functionality and productivity while focusing on the career development of each team member.

Early Career Professional Programming:

Accountable for shaping the campus strategy and overseeing the successful execution of t the ASPIRE Early Talent Program

Collaborate with the Talent Development team to identify high-potential internal talent to align their career progression with the ASPIRE Early Talent Program hiring efforts and future growth strategies.

Cultivate partnerships with universities to ensure that investment in campus sponsorships and activations align with our business objectives

Employer Branding:

Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to shape and enhance our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts to ensure a compelling narrative that attracts top talent.

Act as a Sephora brand ambassador and ensure that the team is representing our values and EVP with all internal and external candidate interactions.

DE&I

Championing diversity and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process, including job descriptions, training for hiring managers, interview process consistency and candidate experience, leading to measurable improvement in the availability and selection of diverse candidates.

Operations:

Improving Operational Efficiencies. Focus on building a recruiting culture of continuous improvement ensuring efficient and consistent candidate and interview experience and delivering operational excellence and simplification across our recruiting process.

Canada Project Lead for any North American projects related to the recruitment road map (e.g. technology updates, process workflows, etc.)

Oversee FSC and Field recruitment metrics and reporting to provide useful insights on the talent acquisition process and candidate experience.

Maintain strong partnerships with the US team to ensure Canada's needs are represented.

Manage external Vendor relationships (e.g. Recruitment staffing vendors)

Maintain a strong hold on budget for the FSC talent acquisition team

Education:

Design and develop recruitment training and resources to equip hiring managers with the tools to attract and hire talent effectively and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Seasoned Human Resources Professional with 10+ years' experience in leading talent acquisition teams, developing strategies and programs, and hiring top talent within a multi-layered and complex organization

Experience leading, inspiring, and developing a team

Demonstrated experience in building and refining a TA strategy and function, driving it forward and improving efficiencies throughout the process.

Rich experience and understanding of digital recruitment tools and platforms. Project Management experience in launching these tools from conception to implementation.

Demonstrated success in partnering with senior business leaders to understand their talent needs, leveraging this information proactively to find excellent potential talent.

A master collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up and organization

A strong passion for connecting talent with inspiring career opportunities, and a strong purpose for creating an inspiring and transparent candidate experience

Experience with HR Technology such as HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
