  • Organize and coordinate an inclusive and engaging community for SpaceLab alumni and other curious learners across ATCO to network, share learning, and collaborate.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other members of the Transformation Team and ATCO's Marketing, Communications and Event specialists to ensure successful delivery of events.
  • Evaluate the use of social media, podcasts, videos, and other media platforms and tools for advancing ATCO SpaceLab and other Transformation Team initiatives.
  • Promote and coordinate ATCO SpaceLab communications and culture through digital platforms and in-person events.
  • Design and execute tests to measure effectiveness of the ATCO SpaceLab platform, and update and iterate on all aspects of the solution to maximize impact for ATCO.
  • Complete other ad hoc requests, as required, to ensure that the SpaceLab community, project teams and Transformation Team initiatives are appropriately supported.

Qualifications :

  • College diploma or Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Digital Media.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to deal successfully with ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter who takes a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees to gain credibility, provide effective service, and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable making presentations and public speaking (to mixed groups, leadership, and the public).
  • Highly familiar with workstream collaboration platforms (i.e. Microsoft Teams) and committed to transparency and working in and administering a robust connected environment.

What We Offer:

  • A culture based on caring, integrity, agility, collaboration, safety and striving for excellence
  • A unique entrepreneurial work environment, unconstrained by traditional hierarchy
  • An opportunity to create an environment where any ATCO employee can achieve new creative, innovative or future focused value for the company
